Plans for New Homes are Approved at Camberley Heath Golf Club

CALA Homes has received planning permission to redevelop land at Camberley Heath Golf Club with a collection of four new homes.

CALA has been given the go-ahead by Surrey Heath Borough Council to build four five-bedroom detached family properties and relocate the Golf Club’s Green Keepers compound and equipment buildings.

The new homes will be located on a private area of the Club’s course and will be accessed from a separate entrance. The new properties will front onto the golf course, the new Green Keepers compound will be located in the Club's current buggy store.

Simon Collins, Planning and Design Director for CALA Homes, comments: “We welcome the decision of Surrey Heath Borough Council to give the go-ahead on our application for investments at the Camberley Heath Golf Club."

“We have designed a high quality development, which will provide an attractive collection of family homes in the area. We look forward to delivering a scheme that both the Camberley community and the Golf Club can be proud of.”

John Molan, Chairman of the Camberley Heath Golf Club said:  “Camberley Heath Golf Club is one of Surrey's finest golf courses and we are extremely pleased with the Surrey Heath Borough Council's decision to approve the application of the four houses on the Green Keeper's compound".

“This will provide funds for the continued investment at Camberley Heath to improve the Club's facilities for members and many local social clubs who use the facilities. We are delighted that CALA Homes will be building quality homes, which will be in keeping with the course and surrounding area. We are, of course, also looking forward to welcoming our new neighbours.”
